This has been on going for months, the council have been contacted and have made no attempt what so ever to come and remove it. We pay service charge for nothing, This very unhygienic and unfair in the residents and children that have to pass this daily and see this outside of our windows every day. Why are Newham doing nothing about this? Why do they think it’s ok for there paying residents of service charge and council tax to have to live this way.
