This is a council nature garden. In particular which backs on to properties Cecil Road, Leicester, LE2 0AB. The overgrowth is really bad at the moment. As this has attracted rats which we see coming into the garden. Also the overgrowth has started covering the light view to the properties. In the past 10 years this garden has remained closed which is not a problem however it’s not been looked after and now it’s causing problems to use the rear gardens due to the worry of rats etc. -5 Upper Charnwood Street, Leicester, LE2 0AW

Description
