19 Sunderland Road - the occupants need to be FINED for continuously leaving their bins ON the pavement OUTSIDE THEIR GARDEN OBSTRUCTING THEE PAVEMENT for pedestrians with prams, walking sticks etc. they are a nuisance especially when overflowing weekly! They have AMPLE GARDEN SPACE to store their bins NOT ON THE PUBLIC PATHWAY!! The new outing properties with the exception of number 11 store their bins WITHIN the confines of their LARGE GARDENS! Hello, Our neighbors have left a lot of trash outside our house and the whole place stinks. I wanted to report this issue and have the bags taken out. The bins are left inside our gate and it has been very difficult for me to go out as the smell is horrible. They've even left food waste on the pathway inside the property. Number 92 Hawthorne Street are always dumping stuff on the front, they put out orange bags on Saturdays just after the bin men come on a Friday and their bin is never taken in.
