Rubbish both ends of bins. 37, 37 Plashet Grove and two others have put there bins outside our flats 2A-2d Waterloo road giving us the fly tipping and fire risk problem as well as making our homes look like a dump. We where told our bins could NOT be on the pavement even though over the road are and now Plashet Grove has there bins on pavement, are ALL Plashet Grove bins going to be put outside our flats that would be 30 odd bins ????
