The council vehicle was in the area from 7.30 to 8.00am. They emptied the bins but did not clean the streets or any rubbish on the pavements in the entire area. Rather they left a MESS. Please see attached photos. They sat in the area smoking threw their cigarette in the car park. Please update on this issue. Description
