Hello,<br/>the front of 5 Kent House Road has become a dumping site for bin bags, bits of wood etc. The bins don't have a lid and I believe are now so soaked that they are incredibly heavy - too heavy for bin collection I guess. There are 2x black bins and 1x recycling bin. I've been cleaning things up for the last 2 years but lately more and more rubbish is accumulating. Bin bags keep appearing and of course the foxes get into those. There has been no sign of the owners.
