Basin approach Basin way development are keeping their rubbish containers 24/7 on double yellow blocking the road and fly tipping the whole area in-front of residents windows at Cargo house. When approached and asked to move their litter out of there they saying that Council allowed them use the road for their contianers. Whatver the agreement was between them and Council waste workers it cannot be displayed infront of people windows and kids playground as it is now. We urge Council action
